With fifteen years of design experience - from private clients to shows on HGTV and the Roku Channel - I’ve seen it all when it comes to design conundrums.
In this hour-long consult, you will receive valuable advice on how to update your space to suit your needs. From tips on color and lighting placement to guidelines on how to space plan, this consult will point you in the right direction.
Conducted via online video, you will have the opportunity to ask any design and renovation questions that may be stumping you.

Scheduling: After checking out here, you will receive an email to coordinate a day and time for your consultation. Please allow 5 days for this email. Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Missed consultations are non-refundable.
Meeting Prep:
You don't need to do a lot of homework, but normally it's helpful for me to see as many photos of the home as possible before we chat so I know what we're working with. If you are seeking color advice, it's helpful to have a fan deck (paint samples) handy so we can both be looking at them simultaneously. I like this Benjamin Moore deck. In addition to the above, the following can be helpful (but not required) for getting the most out of your hour:
- Write down your questions so you don't forget. Sometimes when a conversation gets going it's easy to forget!
- If there are pertinent measurements needed, please write them down for easy access.
- If you are seeking advice on specific product, please create a doc with links so we can view them together.
- If the meeting is with more than one person (ie couple, roommates, family, etc) please discuss your ideas and interests before chatting with me. I'm a good mediator but when housemates aren't aligned, finding a design solution can get all the more challenging. I'm a designer, not a marriage counselor.
- Analyze your budget and timeline before the call. I have worked with all budget levels of clients and have made a career out of doing both approachable, inexpensive home updates and high-end residential renovations. Whatever your budget we can find some solutions for you that will make you more excited about your home. That being said, it can be helpful to know the budget and scope of a project in order to tailor my advice to your specific needs.
*Once purchased, these hour-long consults are valid and usable for one year. Consults cannot be broken up into multiple sessions (hour must be completed in one sitting).
